VANKAN SECURITY SERVICES PVT LTD- TERMS & CONDITIONS for Guards | Supervisors | HK | Laborers | Gardener | Maintenance staff | Office staff all those who are working with Vankan.

• Shall ensure submission of his/her documents as follows:
  1. Aadhar Card
  2. Voter ID card
  3. School Leaving Certificate
  4. Marksheet
  5. Pan Card
  6. Local Address proof (House agreement, electricity bill of owner) if change of address on Aadhar Card
  7. Police verification certificate

  All documents required to be submitted for salary process otherwise payment will be kept on hold till pending documents received.

• Duty attendance will be counted as per scanning report from co VANKAN APP. No manual records will be entertained for attendance.
• Your monthly salary will be Rs……..in hand
• UNIFORM as per co issued uniform code to be worn while on duty. Any irregularity in uniform will be counted as absent for the day.
• No consumption of alcohol, smoking, tobacco chewing, or any sort of drug addiction are allowed while on duty. If caught, then termination with fine / warning with fine co. reserves right for taking decision as per situation.
• Sleeping on duty will attract absence for the day & if found sleeping on floor will attract heavy fine depending on site material. Co reserves the right to panelize.
• Salary will be done in between 15th to 20th of every month if complains form site than as per site payment.
• At the end of any business payment will be after site payment or clearances in form of NOC from client to do payment to guard any of this as per situation.
• 15 days’ notice period required for leaving job.Otherwise, 15 days payment will be deducted from salary.
• If you are caught for any reason like misbehaving, fighting, or involved in theft any nuisance will attract immediate attention than termination with immediate effect. With co fine if feel so.
• If termination on disciplinary ground,then salary for the month will be done along with regular salary next month.
• Vankan has the right to discontinue services anytime without prior notice.
• Any legal complain against Vankan Security Services Pvt Ltd will be in Pune jurisdiction.

I have read & understood all the terms & conditions as said above & am ready to join co. I will ensure that all the terms and conditions are always fulfilled by me otherwise I will be liable for a co fine as said above.
